Project Background
I joined Pathtech early as a senior expat hire, brought in for my product expertise while the company was still taking shape. My role extended beyond the products we built for clients to contributing to Pathtech’s company culture as the team grew.
I led product design across manufacturing products for large factories in Northern Vietnam, including workforce management platforms, AI chatbots and automated fabric defect detection. The work also helped Pathtech secure its first client and took me directly into factories, where I interviewed owners and employees, observed day-to-day operations and tested assumptions against how people actually worked before translating those insights into product decisions.
